Before You Book

To make sure you receive the right treatment for your individual needs, some appointments require an assessment or consultation before treatment.

New Client or New Service?

If you are a new client or are interested in a service you have not received with us before, please schedule a Consultation before booking your treatment.

Skincare?

All skincare clients must complete a Skin Assessment before receiving skincare treatments. Please use our Skin Assessment option to get started.

Need Help Deciding?

If you’re unsure which treatment is right for you, schedule Customized Planning. This appointment is treated as a consultation and can be used to create a personalized plan for skincare, aesthetic procedures, or both.

Existing Client

If you are an established client and are booking a treatment you have previously received, you may book your treatment directly.

FIRST-TIME APPOINTMENT DEPOSIT

A $25 deposit is required for all first-time appointments.

Your deposit will be applied toward your treatment or product purchase when you move forward with your recommended plan.

If you decide not to purchase a treatment or product, your $25 deposit is retained as compensation for the consultation time reserved for you.

Deposits are also forfeited for no-shows and cancellations or rescheduling outside of our cancellation policy.

Deloris Evans RN

With over 12 years of experience in the aesthetics industry, Deloris Evans, RN, brings a true passion for helping clients achieve smooth, radiant, and confident skin. Her expertise focuses on improving acne, restoring facial volume, and creating even, glowing complexions that help clients look and feel their best.

Deloris began her medical career after graduating cum laude from Dyersburg State Community College with her Nursing degree. She gained valuable clinical experience working for two years at Baptist Memorial Hospital on the Congestive Heart Failure unit before pursuing her calling in medical aesthetics.

As the founder of Adorn Aesthetics, Deloris combines medical precision with an artistic eye to deliver natural, transformative results. Her greatest joy comes from watching clients rediscover their confidence and feel beautiful in their own skin.

Outside the treatment room, Deloris is a proud mother of two daughters and finds happiness in balancing her professional dedication with her love for family and personal growth.

(She/Her/Hers) APRN

Tynisha is a proud graduate of UT Knoxville (2009), UTHSC (MSN,2011), and the University of Memphis (FNP, 2022). With nearly 14 years of nursing experience—and 11 of those dedicated to aesthetic medicine—she has found her true passion in helping clients look and feel their best.

When she’s not helping clients glow, she also serves as a Family Nurse Practitioner at The Hardy House: Your Primary Care Provider in Bartlett, TN.
