Deloris began her medical career after graduating cum laude from Dyersburg State Community College with her Nursing degree. She gained valuable clinical experience working for two years at Baptist Memorial Hospital on the Congestive Heart Failure unit before pursuing her calling in medical aesthetics.

As the founder of Adorn Aesthetics, Deloris combines medical precision with an artistic eye to deliver natural, transformative results. Her greatest joy comes from watching clients rediscover their confidence and feel beautiful in their own skin.

Outside the treatment room, Deloris is a proud mother of two daughters and finds happiness in balancing her professional dedication with her love for family and personal growth.

Tynisha is a proud graduate of UT Knoxville (2009), UTHSC (MSN,2011), and the University of Memphis (FNP, 2022). With nearly 14 years of nursing experience—and 11 of those dedicated to aesthetic medicine—she has found her true passion in helping clients look and feel their best.
